この度、コフスハーバー豪日協会が、創立25周年の節目を迎えられましたことを心からお祝い申し上げます。
貴協会においては、コフスハーバー市民の皆様と日本との国際親善交流の要であり、相互理解と友情を深めるとともに教育、文化、経済等の交流を促進し、友好親善に多大なご尽力をいただいており感謝いたしております。 またその活動が、年を重ねることにより、次世代にも浸透して行き、より強い絆となっていると思っております。
さて、この度8月に開催される25周年を祝う懇親会へ私どももご招待いただきましたが、今回は、私をはじめ他会員におきましても、やむをえない事情のため誠に残念ながら欠席とさせていただきます。何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
創立25周年記念のお祝いのご盛会を祈念いたしますとともに、コフスハーバー豪日協会の会員の皆様の今後のご多幸をお祈り申し上げます。

It is an honor to say congratulations to you and all the members for the 25th Anniversary of Australia-Japan Society of Coffs Habour
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to your society for its outstanding efforts in bonding two cities developing mutual understanding and friendship, also promoting educational, cultural and economical exchange. I believe that these activities will influence next generations to make stronger bonds between two countries as the years go by.
Thank you so much for your kind invitation to the 25th Anniversary Dinner in August. Unfortunately, however, I and other members of JAS are afraid that we won’t be able to attend due to conflicting schedules. I am terribly sorry, but I kindly ask for your understanding
Again, I appreciate your invitation, and I hope you will have a wonderful Silver Anniversary celebration. And I wish you and all the AJS members continued success and health
